I came across a few posts recently about the VC scene in Europe at a recent event. Here’s the lowdown: our early-stage startups are thirsty for cash, but there’s a catch-22 with European LPs and VCs that’s keeping the taps dry. It’s like we’re all dressed up with nowhere to go. 🍹 But it's not all clouds on the horizon. Europe's got a tech brain trust that outnumbers the US, and there's a growing appetite for risk and innovation among European LPs. AI’s speeding things up, and even governments are getting in on the action, investing in tech beyond the usual schemes.
